Mixed Passive Tense Story
Complete the story with a version of 'to be' to form the correct passive voice form.
Last night my car stolen.
Around 3 am, I was woken by a strange noise. I looked out of the bedroom window and saw a man trying to break into my car. “Roger”, I shouted to my husband, “call the police! The car stolen.”
Later that night a police officer came to investigate. “So, what’s the problem?”, he asked. “My car stolen,” I told him.
After taking down the details, he recommended that I fit a new car security system. “Every night, lots of cars stolen in this area and there’s a good chance that your car stolen again,” he told me.
I took his advice, and since that day, the car stolen again.
